Cleanses are all the rage right now. We got to talk to Certified Nutritionist Jasmine Scalesciani about why cleanses are beneficial and how to do them right. She also gave us some info about The Essential Cleanse, her 21-day cleanse, which starts on June 16. Here’s what she had to say:
