Rosemary-Mustard Crusted Chicken
This easy to make mustard crusted chicken recipe has a nice zip from the Dijon mustard. Paired with a creamy potato salad or this “Brooklyn Salad” you have a delicious and quick meal perfect for a summer day!
Mustard Crusted Chicken Recipe
- 3 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 sprig rosemary, leaves only, chopped
- 2 teaspoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 bone-in, skin on, chicken breasts
- salt and pepper
In a small bowl mix mustard, chopped rosemary, brown sugar, and 1 tablespoon olive oil. Stir well to combine.
Brush the marinade all over the chicken and then season with salt and pepper. Lay chicken on a baking sheet and roast until golden brown on the outside with an internal temperature of 165° F, about 20 minutes.
