Make Your Own Banh Mi Sandwich
Try something a little different for lunch this week! Our Banh Mi recipe is the perfect make-ahead lunch – just warm the baguette in the toaster before assembling this pile of deliciousness.
Vietnamese Chicken Bánh Mi Sandwich
- small baguette
- chicken paté
- grilled chicken breast, shredded
- English cucumber, thinly sliced
- thinly sliced jalapeños
- pickled carrots and daikon
- lime wedges
Toast your baguette in the oven at 350° F until warm and crusty. Spread with mayonnaise and chicken paté. Top baguette with chicken, cucumber, jalapeños, cilantro and pickled vegetables.
