We have finally found the perfect summer drink! While similar to a margarita, La Paloma has a fizzy grapefruit element that makes it unique and refreshing. Originating from Mexico, the drink name “La Paloma” actually translates to “dove”. This delicious drink is a little sweet, a little sour, a little bitter, a little salty and is sure to be your next happy hour order. Here are two variations of the drink, the classic “La Paloma” and a “Smoky Paloma”.
