4 Steps for Crispy (Baked!) Sweet Potato Fries
Make fries at home with this easy recipe! Incredibly healthy, vitamin-packed sweet potatoes are a great side dish. With a fraction of the fat of normal fries, these baked sweet potato fries are tossed in olive oil and sea salt, adding a healthy dose of good fats and vitamins.
- 1 sweet potato, cut into strips
- olive oil
- sea salt
Preheat oven to 400° F. Cut the sweet potato into ¼-inch strips, lengthwise. Toss with olive oil and season with salt, pepper. Lay out in 1 layer on a foil lined baking sheet and bake until tender, about 25 minutes. Turn the potatoes over halfway through.
