7 Incredible Three-Ingredient Desserts

In life, lots of things pop up at the last minute. Sometimes, you find out late at night that you have to make a presentation at work in the morning. Or, your ride to the airport falls through without a backup option. Or maybe you get invited to a dinner party where you feel obliged to bring something. At least in this third (food-related) case, we can help.

There are plenty of options at your disposal when you need to whip something up in a hurry—something that tastes delicious, and might even look like it took a full day of care and attention to make. When you don’t have the time to get involved in a long, complicated recipe, try one of these incredible three-ingredient desserts. (Some of them need just two ingredients!) You might already have everything you need in your pantry.
