7 Celebs and the Secret to Their Healthy Lifestyles

The key to looking and feeling great is not eating less—it’s eating right. And when your meals are both delicious and all-natural, that’s when you can really make a positive impact on your health and overall lifestyle.

Many prominent celebrities have mastered this “eating right” approach to food. Take a quick look at some of their cooking habits and you might feel inspired to start taking control of your own meals—so that you can truly eat how you want.

1. Gwyneth Paltrow

After publishing two cookbooks, Gwyneth curates content for her digital media and e-commerce company Goop, including “exclusive access to recipes.” Check out Goop’s Instagram for food-spiration.

2. Jessica Alba

A self-described “amateur chef,” Jessica loves everything from salads to seafood. (Trout and smoked aioli, anyone?) And she complements this health-minded approach to food with a dose of regular exercise.

3. Blake Lively

Blake has her own lifestyle website called PRESERVE, which is dedicated to, among other things, “the foods that leave our bellies happy.”

4. Chrissy Teigen

Here’s a photo from Chrissy’s Instagram of the swimsuit model making chicken soup for herself and husband John Legend. She also has her own food blog—So Delushious—where the three main tabs are “Stuff I Make,” “Stuff I Eat,” and “Random Ramblings,” which, in her words, are “from a girl who loves bacon and can’t be fat.”

5. Lauren Conrad

Is it a coincidence that the links on Lauren’s website for “Get Fit” and “Dine” are right next to each other? We think not. She knows that the two can go hand-in-hand.

6. Ali Larter

Ali seems to be as into cooking as acting and directing. Her Instagram and website are filled with photos of fantastic foodstuffs. And in 2013 she released her very own cookbook.

7. Justin Timberlake

JT not only considers himself a foodie, but also eats so much that he forces himself to regularly hit the gym to burn those calories. As he tells Bon Appétit, “I train in the mornings and I’ll eat two breakfasts. I’ll have waffles with flax seed and almond butter and one egg scrambled. Then I’ll work out and have a second breakfast—another egg or a protein shake. [...] I mostly work out so I can eat religiously. I’m such a foodie.
